Hello – in case anyone wants to see yet more photos of Salute (a lot of them), my report is here: link Salute's a very different experience when you have a 9 year old in tow. The funniest part, which I forgot to mention in my post, is that Hugo loved the Warhammer 40K "re-enactors" but was terrified of the Star Wars Stormtrooper types – he ran off or hid whenever he saw them. The reason why, he told me later, is that he remembers last year when we encountered them outside the hall and they insisted on a photo of me with a blaster to my head. Hugo thought they really wanted to kill me and hadn't forgotten – he thought they'd try to do it again, bless him. May thanks to the Warlords and everyone who puts so much effort in this show. |

Great photos – thanks for sharing My grandkids were at an event with the 501st Legion and they loved the storm troopers – but then again the storm troopers didn't try to shoot them! |
