Sounded like a pretty cool game. I enjoy the system myself, and our small group here have played many 4 player games. I like the 2" rule you used…makes sense. The soldiers look pretty cool too.

A hugely entertaining report – really, one of the better AARs I've read for a while. Love the jaded reporting along with the accompanying photos. The sergeants tip-toeing up the stairs was especially good.

I've been eyeing a variant of LR tweaked for skullduggery in El Dorado, "Quetzacoatl Rampant" (here: link for some time now. I'd like very much to mimic your approach. Thank you for posting!
