Some alliteration there.
Saturday 10th April 2019
Held at Entoymnet games store Poole Dorset.
Morning will be sea fights.
Afternoon will be land raids.
Spare forces and gaming help available.
All good stuff.

You can book in with the store online. The store has a small cafeteria too (very nice). Loads of gaming tables (nice too).
Contact martin peterpig@btinternet.com if you want more information or a chat about it all. the rules used will be Pieces of Eight, historical rules so no kraken, sparrow et al

Sounds like fun.

A pity it is being run so far away.

Would be interested to hear how the new rules release differs from Version 2. I think the latest is Version 4, right?

I think this is version 3. Previous version is 2000. One before that was…..1986?? i do not remember exactly.

Version 2 used 15mm sized ships on very big hexagons. 2000 version used the present 1/450th scaled ships. Don't forget that there is a whole slew of videos on the PP site for the latest version. Soon to be added to, by land raid videos.
