That's superb – I always fancied getting the Zvezda Cog, but wasn't sure I'd make a good job of turning it into a waterline model…

Thanks :-)
@2oth. It Comes as a full or waterline model. I´ve read on other build Reports that the bottom halfs are a pian to fit. I tried to dry fit the full hull on both the zvezda and Revell cogs just to see what they would look like and apart from it being not 100%, the join line Looks really obvious.
I´m looking at getting another, a resin one that Comes as a full hull and I´d have to consider removing the bottom half to crate a waterline version

Argh!

Thanks for the info – I didn't realise it came with both hull types. That's worth a Doh! And another. Doh!

What are you going to do with the full hull parts you didn't need ? Could they be used as an overturned hull from a wreck turned into a dwelling in a fantasy setting (perhaps for Mars Zombie pirates to "live" in)?

Using the hull as a dwelling? great minds think alike :-)
I might use the hulls as "house boats" not Fantasy though but as more real world ones* like This:

The hulls are quite large though but I´ll get around to making one at some Point

*I seem to remember one being mentioned in Charles Dickens "David Copperfield" (?) or one of his books…?? or maybe even another author ??

Just found pics of the inside of the "house boat" pictured above
