Here is my first crack at making some flexible roads made out of caulk and acetate. I still am working on the ballast mix and colors, any suggestions? imgur.com/a/ml6ibeg? |

I used acrylic Naples Yellow, which is a much paler sandy tone than the name suggests. Really gives the impression of a dry, dusty country road. Hope this helps! |

Our game group made some similar roads. Used the light brown acrylic caulk spread on wax paper. Came out really nice---just did some wash and drybrush to finish. |

Colors look great. I would probably go with a finer grade of ballast. Do you instructions on how you made them? |

I think your roads came out fine. If I was being overly critical I would prefer a darker brown, as yours are a little vibrant, but as I say, that's only personal taste. I think yours look like roads and the texture is good. nice job! |
