No self-respecting French town or village should be without one and so I thought it was time to create something that could work as a feature in the centre of a village or town. The memorial is based around a resin memorial from Sgts Mess but the rest is scratch built. I have a step by step tutorial here if you are interested. I started with the Sgts Mess statue which I painted a few years ago:
I then built up a more substantial base for it that turned it into more of a feature:
