Even their website does not prominently note scale. 28mm maybe?

I agree with you, however, that it would be nice if TT Combat listed the size/scale for the buildings in the table of contents, index or someplace else early in the process for the whole building range so a potential customer doesn't have to click through to the description page for an individual building to get some idea of the building's size.
