I think our understanding of the intelligence information the Soviets managed to gather prior to Kursk has advanced somewhat in the last 30+ years.

Of possible interest? Perhaps. But mostly for the historical study of late cold-war understanding of WW2 on the Eastern Front, rather than for the actual historical study of WW2 on the Eastern Front.
