What are the best sources, including those with colour plates for Germans up to 1916. I am curious about both German Asia Corps and Germans in Africa before and during the war. But I wanted all theaters and uniform types for German army and navy uniforms. |

"Army Uniforms of World War I" by Mollo and Turner is pretty good, as is the Osprey on the WWI German Army. Mostly for Europe and Middle East, though. |
