Their website – shop.capitangames.com/index.php – has been promising a comeback for months now. Anyone know more? The company had also received bad press over claims they didn't have the rights to what they were selling. |

Their figures (formerly Warmodelling, BattleModels, etc.) are now available exclusively from Stonewall Figures out of the UK |

Hi All: That's right, neither Capitan games Ltd, nor Stonewall miniatures have a contract of any kind that allows them to launch my miniatures. As for Capitan Miniatures SL, and Warmodelling miniatures SL, either. The contract has been canceled, they can oppose and bark as much as they want, but the contract is canceled and these two Spanish companies do not exist in practice, since they have been "without activity" for 4 years in the commercial register, and even the registered trademark Warmodelling has been discharged. Therefore, let it be clear. None of these companies, 3 of which no longer operate in the market, have not the slightest right to launch my miniatures, old Fantassin. And as for Stonewall, I think there are enough testimonials from professionals and amateurs in this forum to prove that they have made pirated copies of a lot of manufacturers, both in the UK and in other countries. It has also become very clear that the figures he delivers (when he does) are usually in a sorry state. Piracy hurts everyone. Best wishes: Xan |
