Following on from the Satellite array, a second radar installation. This one is also from Uncertain Scenery, sitting on a tower I got cheap from somewhere – wish I could remember where. Please let me know if anyone recognises it. The model is MDF. Painted with cheap spray cans and salt and hairspray. Signs are just printed on card and weathered a little for effect.

It was many, many seconds before I realized that was a miniature. |

Same reaction from me, to this and the earlier post. My first thought was that the intro picture was of an instillation you intended to copy! Amazing work. |

Whoa! I had the same thoughts – when I opened it I thought you wanted something to look like that – but you had already done it! Fantastic work and I have never seen better weathering. Thanks for sharing |

I love outdoor shots of miniatures and these are super nice. Looks great! |

Amazing work, were it not for the mini, it could be real. |

That is excellent work all around -- the photography, the construction, the painting, the weathering, the terrain. You rock, sir or ma'am. I only realized that it was a model when I saw the feet resting on top of the ground! |

Very cool. Nicely done, though a modern (western world) set would probably be better maintained… Rob |

Amazing! Looked to me to be much larger until I saw the pictures with apocalypse Velma. |
