It's a new way for insurance companies to screw you. If you're in a horrible car crash and both your legs get torn off. Florida insurance companies will no longer give out money. Instead you get a very nicely painted Napoleon or Lee 28mm figure.

That's a BRILLIANT idea!!! I'll go on all the organ donor registries. I'll hold out for some rich guy or his dependent, and then make a trade. You can have my kidney, but I want Eugene's IVth Corps at Borodino, 28mm painted, to a quality level 8. No lead'y, no kidney.
