We reach Map 2 in the Chain of Command campaign set around Konigsberg in 1945. The Russians have a substantial school building complex to defend but the Germans can make a flank attack so they might find their defences stretched. A very interesting game unfolded. Loving the campaign – just like real life, chance is a big factor. I've managed one CoC campaign so far that went right down to the last (8th) game. I've bought a couple more TFL campaigns (all Normandy ones) and keen to hear about how others do. I would comment on the blog but don't have a Google account.

Thanks, glad you are enjoying following this one. The campaigns are great and add a whole new dimension to the game (not to mention a brilliant narrative). You may have already found the other AARs on my blog, but there is one set in Normandy (the Von Luck campaign). All the campaign AARs can be found here on the Campaign AARs page.
