Yes, but they've left out the flux capacitor's small, emergency relief valve to save 37 cents on the multi-million dollar design, so the company's executives can make their quarterly bonus numbers.

Even with a Mr. Fusion you would still need a lot of reaction mass at least out of the atmosphere.
