Seems as if the radar aerials/dishes, SAMs, flak guns, cruise missile launchers, and most of the fighters and long-range bombers have "accidentally" been left out of the above image by a careless artist.

They are a very polite people. After they sink your ship, they will immediately mount a major rescue operation.
