There was a time when miniature wargaming was associated with smoking jackets and cigars. |

I enjoy a good bear trap on my leg. Damn shame it doesn't share with everyone else in the room like a cigar. |

I must admit… I do enjoy a good cigar on occasion. Are Cuban's ever going to return to the US? I remember the days… |

Quite rarely but I have been known to have a puff or two – and since I live in Canada we have Cubans (Monte Crisco No 3) |

Yes, now and again. Mostly a pipe when I smoke. |

A nice Krystal Maduro, with a fine Kentucky sipping whiskey. Jack Daniels or Jim Beam Black label. Never too partial to Cubans, never had a really good one though. Being in the US we need to get them on the black market, or is that being racist? |

Never. My dad was a smoker and the smell made me sick. There is nothing worse then the smell of a bad Cigar. |

Not at a miniature war game. But for a special occasion. My son and daughter graduation, the Patriots winning the superbowl. Brought back of box of Cuban cigars from Havana. These were excellent. |

Like I mentioned on another thread, I've NEVER been a smoker. I've been exposed to second-hand smoke, though, and too much tobacco smoke makes my eyes sting and water. |

More a pipe smoker (since college), but cigars as well on ocassion. But only outside now, and ONLY after a 5 mile walk and exercise. |

There was a time when I would enjoy the occasional bubblegum cigar, that's it. No tobacco products. |
Thresher01 | 06 Feb 2019 9:46 p.m. PST |
Nope, grandpa, who smoked them, cured me of that as a wee tot. I'm guessing I was probably about 9 or 10, if that. He let me try his one time, encouraging me to take a couple of deep puffs from his. Not sure what shade of green I turned, but I could definitely feel it. Never wanted to try one again. He was a very crafty old man. |

You can now bring a number of Cuban cigars back into the US, perfectly legally. I forget what the number is, but it's more than I smoke in a reasonable time. So, yes, I do sometimes enjoy a fine cigar, particularly while sitting out on my deck swing, with maté or a cup of coffee, reading the newspaper. Looking at the news on my phone is OK on the train, but somehow not while enjoying a cigar. |

Yes. Love a good cigar with a glass of whisky or rum |

I got caught smoking cigarettes with the neighbor kids. I was 6 years old. I got home feeling really sick and light headed. My Dad gave me a choice – smoke a cigar or take a spanking. I said spanking and he said good answer and then took me to a baseball game. Only smoke a cigar on special occasions – not very often. |

Yep, preferably a monte Cristo #4….also little captain blacks. I smoke outside, never during work or in closed spaces, or in public. It's my thinking time, combined with a good cognac or a gin and tonic. |
