Norman Friedman and D.K. Brown have each produced a lot of good books on naval history, and I just discovered these three are only $1.30 USD for the Kindle version right now:

The British Battleship 1906-1946 by Norman Friedman
Fighting the Great War at Sea: Strategy, Tactics and Technology by Norman Friedman
Rebuilding the Royal Navy: Warship Design Since 1945 by D.K. Brown

Books by these authors are usually limited print runs, commanding prices starting at $50 USD and climbing after the print run is sold out. Even with all the drawbacks of Kindle format, these are a steal.

Also worth mentioning: the Kindle edition of the The Flight of the 'Goeben' and the 'Breslau': An Episode in Naval History by Admiral Sir A. Berkeley Milne himself is onl $0.99 USD right now.
