Does anyone make figures suitable for use as Battista-era Cuban army forces?

Can't say I know much about what they would look like.

Wouldn't Korean war US summer dress work? Maybe used US marine's from the banana Wars of the 20's-30's? With 28mm, you could do some head swaps.

Doesn't anyone game the Cuban revolutions? There doesn't even seem to be an Osprey for the period! (There is an Osprey for Central American Wars that seems to cover post-revolution, and there is a Bay of Pigs Osprey which would also be post-revolution).

I don't know if Batista's forces would use U.S. uniforms (I know he was getting supplies from U.S. until cut off) or something else.

And the revolutionaries also wore uniforms, so how do you tell the sides apart? The beards? LOL

Lol, Idk man. I've seen pictures of his forces wearing the ww2 steel helmet and the Montana hat.

According to Wikipedia, Batista's forces were known as the "greens" for their uniforms, and as "helmets" – "casquitos" in Spanish.
