Greetings,

I'm going through the instructions on the Langton booklet for 1:1200 stay sails on p.33 and I don't understand where to drill the holes on the sails.

Anyone have any photos they can post or instructions to help me with this ?

Many thanks!

Triangular sail drill each corner

Alright his look to be trapezoids so the short vertical side glued to the mast and holes in the remaining two points.
Picture link roll down to Full sails just below All Plain sail and you can see how to attach them

Thank you – I already had this little diagram that you mention but it is not really helpful with regard to drilling the holes.

Hole in the remaining two points would possibly mean that the bottom hole would overlap with the stay sail below in a place where the latter has no hole so I don't see the point.

Confusion persists.
