When 2 or more units fire at the same target, do you combine the firing, or is each adjudicated separately? It makes quite a difference- especially against large units, more so when small units are firing. Someone will now point out the page which answers this question, proving my foolishness. |

You combine firing. Procedure is to allocate all your firing dice against each target and then roll for hits. The "Detailed Turn Sequence" chart on page 138 makes this clear and is a pretty useful reference for phasing questions like this. - and not a foolish question at all! While it is one of those things that most people just assume is the case, it is always worth checking. |

You know when you read something, and you know the answer is in there, but your brain slides right off it! I'd seen the 'table sizes' entry. Could I find it when I wanted it? Could I beggary! |
