Do You Make Your Own Hills?

I'm looking for a gentle slope to join up with a 40mm TSS tile. Possibly a 1 in 5 gradient, not the cliff faces that most companies produce. Corner sections as well. Any ideas on who produces them? Or any tutorials for self help?

TSS can make pretty much anything you want to mate with their tiles.
