Based on her coins, I think they got the nose and short braided hair right. She would pull the braids back and tie them in a small bun to wear the Macedonian diadem. She seems to me to have had rounder cheeks, though. See the Berlin Cleopatra en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleopatra
It is a beautiful paint job, nonetheless.
