I have received a copy of the rules from Spain and they look great. After playing a Field of Glory Renaissance game at Spartacon last weekend which made my brain hurt, the Tercios rules look like the ones for me. A few questions for you experienced TYW gamers out there: 1. I am planning on using a mix of Totentanz and Khurasan 15mm figures (for Khurasan, drawing from the ECW and Thirty Years War ranges) for the Spanish, Imperials, Protestants and Dutch. It looks like these are both big sized 15 mm's. Please let me know if these would work well together. 2. Which miniature range can I use for 15 mm TYW French which would go well with the Totentanz and Khurasan figures? 3. Would the Blue Moon 15/18 mm figures be too large to mix in with the Totentanz and Khurasan figures? 4. There seem to be a few options for 15 mm TYW infantry flags, but not much for cavalry. Can someone suggest a source for cavalry flags or pennants? I appreciate the responses. |

Blue Moon? They don't have a range of suitable figures. Italian wars is too early, and the Great Northern War is too late. I think Donnington TYW figures are also quite large, which might match. I don't have any, so I'm going from hearsay. |

Holy cow! They do! I quite like Blue Moon, and have always thought that an ECW range would be awesome! My apologies of exposing the depths of my ignorance. Well, if their ECW are anything like their Napoleonic or Marlburian range, I think they would be a great looking French army. Thanks Boris. |
