I've been searching for this book for awhile and can't seem to track it down (outside of a $100 USDish auction from eBay.it). Does anyone know of some corner of the web where it's available for sale?
Alternatively, does anyone know if there's much overlap with Scenarios for All Ages? |

Gonna have to get my copy back from Tim T. It contains 52 scenarios, one for every week. Most are multi-period scenarios. Several have something more time specific, such as an airport or a railway. Most are for a dozen or so units a side. My favourite scenario from the book is Reserve Demolition – blowing a bridge before it gets captured – so for horse and musket onwards. My versions here: link link I love that scenario!
I'll probably be seeing CSG next month, and I'll ask him if he has plans to republish that book any time soon. |

While I was lucky enough to get a copy 15 years ago, gently used, I would love to see this republished, especially in electronic format. |

I've had a copy for many years. In fact, I'm going to use a scenario from it Saturday for our bi-monthly club game. It is too bad that it can't be reprinted as it is a treasure trove of scenarios. Jim |

There's a series in the tradition of Scenarios for War-games called Engagements in the magazine Warning Order. There's 26 scenarios so far (2 per issue) plus several fictional campaigns that are free. A good place to start to see if these would work for you would be the current issue: PDF link |

Officially, every CSG scenario in each series is different. Nothing in the "Table Top Teasers" in Battle for Wargamers and Military Modeling is exactly matched in Scenarios for Wargames, none of those are a dead match for anything in Programmed Wargame Scenarios and Scenarios for All Ages is different again. I own them all and enjoy them all. In practice, it's worth noting that CSG had favorite ideas. If you played all four sets you'd be trying to get those supplies across the river before you blew the bridge four times, for instance. There's a built-up area on an island in a river which also keeps taking curtain calls. That said, I too would love to see SFW and PWS reprinted. Or the old TTT series, come to that. First choice, however, would be to mine all the sources and produce a book of 52 scenarios, all battles and not skirmishes and all suitable for horse and musket so you really could do a battle a week with the same two armies all year. I'd also love to see a booklet of his "mini-campaigns. But I'll buy any scenario book he puts out. |

Try On Military Matters (www.onmilitarymatters.com). Dennis often has older wargame books. |

I have "Scenarios for All Ages" by Grant and Asquith (1996). Also have "Napoleonic Wargaming" by Charles Grant (1974). |

I was able to buy a copy from a fellow TMPer for the price listed on the cover. Truly a gentleman, as are many others here. |

I see Programmed Wargame Scenarios is now available as a reprint. Anyone know if Scenarios For Wargames will see a reprint? |

While scale dependent, using scenarios from Board games could assist. SPI created over a dozen Napoleonic board games and their ancient's PRESTAGE series of board games contain about 60 battles. |

Scenarios for Wargames and Programmed Wargame Scenarios are both great books for the basic ideas alone. I love them both. |
