I've moved, recently, and all of my extra and sample bases are packed away still, so I cannot answer this for myself. Can Blue Moon ECW infantry figures be based in three rows and ranks on a 30mm base, without the jamming them together or with parts overhanging the edge of the base? Likely the biggest concern are the pikemen as they tend to take up a larger frontage with a few of the poses. I've been searching the blogs, but the ones I've read only talk about how many figures to a base and do not include the base size. Justin |

I do 2x2 on a 20mm x 20mm and it's perfectly dense – there is some overhang there though on firing musketeers. Not sure that helps. |

@Flashman Yes, thank you. A 1cm frontage and depth per each, at "perfectly dense", should be fine for my purposes. I am looking at 18-21 figures on a 90mm x 40mm base. With that, firing musketeers should be fine. |
