So, I'm looking for 15mm(ish) tank and IFV models with multiple rollagons instead of tracks or traditional wheels.

Rollagons: link (pardon the strange file name, not my choice)

I know Antenociti was working on some years and years ago, but haven't seen anything about those recently.

Are there any models currently in production out there?

I don't think so but from the looks of the wheels in the film, some milliput could do the job.

I'm not aware of any.

I recall seeing some triangular drawings of them, and one guy here used two triangular appetizer plates to make tanks, so perhaps something like that might work for you, with balls/wooden spheres underneath.

The top plate is inverted.

For some, IIRC, he went turretless, for a SPG/TD design.

No reason you couldn't add your favorite turret to the top instead.

Several of the old Stargrunt 25mm models may fit your needs, but I don't know what is currently in production. Some were also made in 15mm versions.

Pull/leave the wheels off and use 6mm airsoft BBs. They are plastic.

Check craft stores. They generally sell wooden spheres in various sizes, as well as beads.

Here's a similar concept that I've always admired:

Lion, if you want to convert some tanks, you could send me the specs of the rollagons that you want and I could whip some up for you.

@Jav, that's exactly the kind of thing I was looking for!

Now, I'm flashing back to "Dominion: Tank Police" :D

@Covert: That's exactly the major visual for rollagons, I can't say I've seen any other major visuals for them.

But I'm asking for minis because I'm trying to find something that will look a lot like the Eldraeverse's heavy cavalry tanks. link

Well, the base platform is about 16.5 m (54 ft) long, 4.8 m (about 16 ft) wide, and 3.6 m (about 12 ft) high. For reference, that's about twice as long as an M1 Abrams and a third again as wide, comparable in length to a short semi-truck. (Not exactly intended for fighting in cramped urban conditions, but then, that's why the drive train is built with pleasing indifference to the direction you might ask it to drive in.) 8 m of the length and 3.5 m of the width at the front is the module socket; height of modules varies, but none take it much above the basic 3.6 m height.

Pretty big, but not impossibly big.

Has cheek-mounted laser-target-designators and heavy coilgun/micromissile launchers in ball mounts up front on the hull, medium coilguns on the rear corners of the hull, a vertical-launching 'backscratcher' to deal with infantry, and that's before you add the actual primary weapons turret.
