You were asked – TMP link

How Constraining Do You Like Your Historical Rules?

66% said "The rules should allow me to try the 'what ifs' of the period that didn't happen, but not allow counter-factual tactics"

15% said "I enjoy the 'feel/flavor', but the rules don't have to be specifically tailored to that period"

8% said "I march unerringly to the beat of the historical drum and the rules better make sure you do, too"
