Anyone know some decent sources for 25/28mm resin astec pyramid temples. Ideally I don't want them too big, but any pointers would be great.

Thanks

I think Grendel makes a small one for around $20. USD

I just finished an exact replica of El Castillo in Chichen Itza, just before Historicon. It wouldn't work for you, but
I thought you might be interested. It is in 28mm scale,
essentially.

See a page I put up on the web about it (with pics) at:

I've seen some pyramids at aquarium stores that are fairly cheap. Some should be big enough to work with 25mm.

The GamesWorkshop is currently running a campaign in "The New World". They have several articles on their website and in White Dwarf on building Aztec/Maya scenery. I'm a Lord of the Rings SBG player, but enjoy the terrain and painting How-to articles. The latest White Dwarf has photos of a huge game board from a convention in France. The temple complex is just awesome.

I don't particularly recommend the Grendel piece, it's not that greta looking, it's abou tth eonly Grendel piece I don't really like. As a display centre piece, or base for a HOTT type army it would do.

There is an Italian company that makes a farily decent cardboard temple pyramid (non stepped though) which would do for 28mm skirmishing. I bought it a few years ago, so I can't remember the company. It stood roughly 30cm square, by the same height. I can add an image of it to my site if anyone is interested in following it up. I use it for my Lizardmen, but it would do Aztecs/Mayans fairly well.

Petco currently has an aztec temple and bridge

Check your local petshop, especially a big chain. They often have fish tank decorations that will suit. I got a great Aztec piece that is 8 " tall for $8 USD on a sale table.

Stonehouse were at Historicon – they are really nice pieces. And the "stone" floor mat is designed so the stone slabs act like a hex grid!
