Hi All; I've dipped my toes in the water of 3D printing by buying a printer. Has anyone any tips for producing wargaming buildings or vehicles in 6mm / 1:300. I'm a total novice ! |

Take a 1x1 or 2x2, and cut it the length you want. Sand the rough ends, paint a main coat, then add roof color, windows, doors, etc. you now have a row of buildings or townhomes. Want taller ones, paint some up to set on end. Cheap, easy, and looks good. Don't go crazy on the detail, because from a few feet (sotting distance) you lose a lot of detail. |
