This year I have been working on putting a new collection and new terrain together and now have a working collection to start my first games with.
The second phase of terrain construction finished this week and I now have enough variety of items to start to produce more interesting tables to compliment a growing collection.
With a new mat on the table I have put some of the new pieces out to prepare for an inaugural game with the Romano-Dacians hopefully sometime over the Xmas break.

Very nice. My big downfall is terrain, something I hope to correct this next year. |

Your table and terrain look great. What size is the table? Matthew |

Looks awesome! Did you make the trees or buy them? |

Thanks for your comments chaps. Matthew: The table is a 9 x 5 foot converted table tennis table with a frame that I constructed with my son a few years ago now. If you are interested the following link will show you how we built it. link BrockLanders: Yes the trees were homemade using armatures from Woodland Scenics and good old rubberised horse hair combined with various scatter products. If you look back over the last few posts I have done on the blog you will see them being put together and I reference some useful guides to doing it yourself. Cheers JJ |

That looks great Jonathan. The edge really "sets it off". Well worth the effort. |

Thanks JJ. I do like the edging around the table you did. Also love the color of the stain you used. Matthew |
