When you buy a digital copy of a ruleset, do you print out a paper copy?

Yes used to, now I have the rules on a tablet and just a QR sheet printed. If the rules are any good you should only need the bulk rules for non-typical situations.

The problem that I am facing locally is to have them professionally printed out is near impossible. Most places such as Office Depot, Staples, etc state that is copyright material and they will not print it.

Have you printed out your digital receipt and taken it with you when you go to have them printed? That should cover you. Also, you can direct them to the site you bought them from so they can see that they are for sale legally.

I will typically print out one copy single side on my ink jet printer at home, and then take the 8 1/2 x 11 printed sheets to the commercial copy place and print a back to back laser copy. Inkjet copies always smudge if they get damp. In this way I can do a self-service copy and avoid dealing with the management.
