The back of Over the Top (Command Decision WW-I) is fairly complete from Corps down for most Armies. Order of battle info is another matter

Osprey's "The German Army 1914- 1918" has some details of lower level organizations, esp. artillery and machine gun units.

It also depends on when in the war you are looking.

Mr Jones -
Recommend that you procure a copy of "The German Army Handbook – April 1918", ed. Douglas Nash. You should easily be able to score a used copy for </= USD 10.00.

Apart from describing German army organization as of early 1918, it also gives a useful description of organizational changes over the course of the war years. Basically, the IGA traded infantry manpower (which grew ever more short as the war progressed) for large increases in support weapons – LMGs, SFMGs, small minenwerfers, etc. – at company and battalion level.

FWIW.

What level organization are you looking for? The tables you linked to start at the Division level, but in reality you should look at the Corps or Army level.
