Yep, I outfitted a 3000 figure Napoleonic 28 mm army w/ Flagdude standards…….Sold them and then outfitted a 4000 figure 18mm Napoleonic army w/ flagdude standards. Jus finished up 20 regiments of 15mm ACW Union army with Flagdude standards. Really terrific flags, I would have no other. Sorry to hear that he is closing shop. |

Curious as to why he isn't selling the business, certainly seems to be a demand. I have a bunch of his flags and they are the nicest ones I have. |

23rdFusilier, dont know why the above statement would make you think that. Said "no longer taking orders" in December. Means August should be fulfilled.
Now you should get with him and see if your order will be fulfilled or not as it was made before the decision. And if unfortunately isn't going to be fulfilled then your money should be refunded.
And if you paid through PayPal, if it was an option, open a dispute after you try and get answers and let PayPal get your money back for you. It is what they do.
And if not PayPal, talk to your CC company and open a dispute. It is what they do as well. Past this, and though i have never bought any of his flags, the GF has, i have always desired excellent craftsmanship each and every time i have walked and drooled over his works at the cons.
Shame to see it go.
And curious as well why maybe not selling the business, but i can guess. Grimm |

Grimm, I think that based on the emails to him (The Flag Dude) about the flags I needed in August 2018. No problem I was told,I will put them in the mail to you tomorrow just send me the check. Please note, we have done business before. I sent the check that day ( and yes i had it tracked). Now here it is December and still no flags in spite of numerous emails and calls. He is now going out of business and I have moved on to other venders who follow through with their promises. |
