Rubicon makes nice models. Great quality & ease of assembly.

Standing figures are great for dioramas. I'm curious how many wargamers find them attractive.

In my scale (6mm) CinC infantry includes a fair number of standing/marching figures with slung rifles in their US infantry packs.

I have dozens in my spares bin, all left over after their brothers were mounted up. I use them as the starting point for almost any kind of kit-bash, from radiomen (clip off the rifle and pack, build a backpack radio, bend the left hand up to hold the mic) to head-and-shoulders tank commanders to stick in hatches (just clip 'em off at the shoulder line), to broken bodies as casualty markers (mash 'em down into random sprawled positions). I can't figure out any case were I can use them in their original poses.

Not a criticism. Just curiosity. How do wargamers use such poses?

I will sometimes use standing figures to bulk out HQs at battalion level and above. Not much call for running or shooting figures there, unless things have gone very wrong.
