British units stopped carrying flags in action in the 1880's so you won't need those. |

If the British flew a flag at their camp site it would be a standard Union flag (aka Union Jack) or possibly an Admiralty Ensign if it was a Naval landing party. I don't think the Bolsheviks changed their flag at all once they were in power, any Czarist holdouts would have had the old Imperial flag. I think a simple search for the various national flags on a search engine with a date should give acceptable results. The hard ones are going to be things like the Republic of Tuvalu, Emir of Bokhara and such localised players. |

Both the Reds and Whites had different flags for different units. The Reds usually had slogans on a red flag. The Whites used their Imperial unit flags, and then as they formed new ones made new ones. Suggest heading over to the LAF Back of Byeond forum. AS commented no british flags except in camp. Dunno about the Turks. I have found some for the minor players like Tuvalus, Khiva etc. |

Here are a couple of sites for the Warlord period. They are worth a look into: link link The first is just images, quite a few but not identified, the other has some identified. It's a start. |
