I usually don't have a problem with them, but I placed an order with them last week and tried calling them on Friday after they wouldn't answer my emails about combined shipping, so I kept phoning and emailing off and on all day long, then again on Saturday the still no answers. Its like they just shut down all together. They even disappeared on eBay and Amazon sales. So I went and bought what I needed from another company, the hardest part is getting my money back now as nobody answers and I had a pre-order from Oct. 3rd with them. I contacted Paypal to try and get through to them but they've gotten nothing as well. |

They probably did. It is Thanksgiving weekend. Lots of folks disappear from late Wednesday on to today. I told my students they would loose a grade point on their final grade if they emailed me during that time. |

Well I emailed and tried to call starting on the 20th nothing. If they were taking off on extended leave they should have posted that on their website, not just leave everyone thinking they're still doing business after Thursday. BTW they should have been in today its Monday, who stays gone through Monday as well? (aka. Nobody) |
