I've tried to recreate a classical Rogue Trader style unit using Mad Robot "Grognard" range.

This unit was inspired by an old GW illustration that had blew my mind when I was a kid.

nice paint job
but not a fan of those old style lasgun especially when held like oversized pistols ( and I was guilty of doing just that in the old days myself)

Great job of capturing the "old school" Imperial Guard

I agree with Jim – I am not a big fan of the original Guard but I am a fan of great brushwork!
