I have a treeman figure from Games Workshop what needs a repair.

The figure is the newest treeman, made about 1998. It has a miscast LEFT arm. When I bought it, the arm was miscast, so I called GW's 800 and they were kind enough to send a replacement. Very kind, but wrong.

They sent a WHOLE figure. They did'nt have a left arm, so I received they complete figure. While that was very kind, I had now had a perfectly fine treeman sans a left arm. I thought it wasteful to throw the armless figure away, but I am no good at sculpting. I can use the green stuff and miliput for minor repairs and such, but I cant sculpt the arm(and believe me, I have tried to scult that arm).

I would like to ask if someone would be kind enough to help me with this. I have the replacement treeman and if its needed, I will take the arm off that figure, if you need it to make one of those "press molds".

I can pay cash, or paint figures, as I have a figure painting service. Your choice.

Thank you!

Not very Politically correct to "throw away" someone just because he's handicapped. :-). Perhaps he lost his limb in battle. Doesn't he still have a good right one to do battle with? You could just glue a shield on to his left side. Very friendly of Matthew to offer to make a prosthetic.

The cool thing with that is, you can change the pose of the missing arm and have a unique figure. :)
