"Fujian-based Chinese fishing vessel struck Japanese patrol ship portside stern, at seemingly, full speed, in disputed Senkaku Islands waters, East China sea. Allegedly, incident took place quite some time ago, in 2010, but video was released only on Nov 19 this year, as a symbol of Chinese valor and warrior spirit when it comes to fighting for disputed territories…."

Sounds more like the tactics of Chinese pirates and lawlessness to me, especially when the Chinese captain rams the Japanese vessel(s) from both the port AND starboard sides.
