Here's another size comparison post with Revell's "Pelican" dropship from the Halo universe. Another TMPer recently suggested it as a possible shuttle for 28mm. While the intended scale is closer to 15mm, where it is a large dropship, it makes a reasonable assault shuttle (or atmospheric assault craft) for 28mm. You could either remodel the cockpit with some 28mm scaled crew, or just darken the cockpit windows (my plan). link I posted earlier, but got smacked by "Da Bug!" and gievn a different post title. Now the post seems to have vanished. |

I saw one that says it is 1/100th, but from the looks of it, I can see using it for both scales, which is a plus. |

The Quinjets are quite nice too, if you need some Dropship opposition for the other side as well. |

What did it cost? Looks good for 15mm GRUNTZ. |

Suddenly, the less expensive ones are all gone from Amazon – but there still appear to be several available in the $us30-40 range. |

It looks OK with 28mm. I guess my problem with it is the capacity when using 28mm figures. Maybe a squad (4-6 figures) I prefer my drops ships bringing in more troops than that and you could not use it to deploy a vehicle. |

Would work great for inserting the small spec ops teams that you usually have in Infinity games. |

Thanks for posting this. I agree with Moonbeast's comment. Joedog wrote: You could either remodel the cockpit with some 28mm scaled crew, or just darken the cockpit windows (my plan) I have gotten good results painting the inside of cockpit windows with a metallic paint. Silver is typical, but other colors can work very well, too. |

Way too small for 28mm. Just imagine the size of the pilot and gunner in the cockpit under the clear canopies. Who pilots these, pygmies? And the cabin doesn't look like it can hold more than 3 – 4 power armored marines. They're perfect for 15mm sci-fi though. |

"Who pilots these, pygmies?" Well, for Infinity it can be A.I. controlled, no pilot necessary. |

If A.I. controlled it wouldn't have a single cockpit much less a dual tandem one. |
