If going with 1/144 scale armor which do you think would fit the best on the table? 10mm or 15mm scale buildings? |

10 – 12mm. You could use N gauge model railway buildings. If UK models they will be at 1:148 scale. If Continental European then 1:160 scale. Both would be fine. |

10mm for me. 15mm would be too big: I generally go a scale down on buildings in any case. |

Always to to the smallest scale terrain which doesn't bother you. |

Model Railway buildings can be pretty expensive in this scale, unless you find a deal. Check out previous postings on the subject of 1/144 buildings – Google search for TMP, and you'll see some links for free, paper buildings. Of course, you could make your own, too. The Leopard is 1/144th scale:

Some 15mm buildings that run small work, but you probably need to see them in person to tell |

I'd go with the smallest you can get away with, tbh, 6mm would work fine. I use Time cast 6mm buildings with my 15mm stuff… |

A great source, especially if just starting out, would be Scott Washburn's Paper Terrain. You get a big bang for your buck with his 10-12mm. I have long admired his stuff at shows and now that am ready to flesh out my 1/144th seriously thinking about getting some of his packs. paperterrain.com |

Definitely not 15mm; try Battlescale 10mm or even their 6mm. |
