I've written two emails on the course of two weeks, trying to get an answer to the above. Have yet to receive a response. Has anyone dealt with him recently? Is he a dependable dealer? I was thinking of ordering Britannia moderns, but now I am very hesitant.

nnascati,
Andy is a very dependable type, been around for more years than I care to remember!
More than likely spam filters and its major show season time and he has just taken on Redoubt Enterprises ranges, so he is to put in midly a tad busy.
I'll be seeing him at the weekend ( warfare show) email me at Adler and Ill pass on a nudge on your behalf.

ps by end of the day as off to the show myself

In the past he has been fine . But I havn't ordered anything for a couple of years now. If your in the UK try phoning .He usually picks up or phones back if you leave a message.

I've found emailing not the best way to get hold of him – but if you can get him on the phone he's always been very helpful.

Never had an issue with Andy, order through the website – done :)

Stuff usually arrives very smartly too :)

Thanks all, hoping for a quick sale on a collection, then it will be a big order to Andy.

Just speaking as an outside observer: no matter how busy he is, or how nice a guy he is, he should still be answering his e-mails. Period.

I've had excellent service from Andy including him always adding in a couple of free packs of minis.

Gone Fishing, I completely agree, but saying that generally results in being pummeled with abuse.
