Photography of miniatures seems to always reveal the flaws that you would never notice on the tabletop. When surrounded by other models you'll struggle to find it again!

I wouldn't worry about the niggles, who looks that closely when they are on the table? Nice work.

Not worry?! That sort of thing keeps me awake at night! lol

Console yourself with the thought that in real life these things do get bent, smashed, broken and various other indignities! Your "worst" beats many of our "best" :)

I didn't know PSC did a Sexton – clearly I need to browse their site again

Nice work Leon. I agree, things get bent or broken off.

Bent handhold must have deflected an MG round! evil grin

I don't think I've ever seen those Kangaroo models before, I like the version with the MG cupola.

Teeny imperfections just add to the character Leon.
As other people have said.
Loads of pictures show tanks with minor damage of one sort or another.
If you bashed your tank into a wall or something on campaign then it'd probably have that dent for the duration.

I particularly like those kangaroos.

Ta all, Yes the Kangaroos are nice, take a little working up but the 4 I have are going to look neat I reckon.
Suprising theres not more Kangaroos around S&S do one which is a perfectly good wargames piece but I didnt like the Armourfast tracks much and wanted a bit more detail. Odd non of the kit makers have done one as I think they brilliant looking beasties. Going to have to think about converting some figs as passangers.
CplOverby (?) did a really smart looking one but seem to be out of production.

Milicast have them and have done for a number of years

Andy ONeill17 Nov 2018 3:25 a.m. PST

Cromwell did some.
I thought matador bought the molds but i can't spot em on their web site.

The Cpl Overby Kangaroos are really superb but I think Ken's business is defunct. Last I know he was trying to sell off the masters for some of his kits (though not the Kangaroos afaik…).

Thank you Hornswoggler that confirms what I knew, Ive not had any news about the Cpl Overby range for ages, its a pity as the guy is a wonderful designer.

Blacky750,
Yes the Milicast one is very nice indeed but I stick to 1/72 scale if at all possible. The difference in scale makes fitting 20mm figures into 1/76 vehicles a bit tricky. But you have reminded me I need to get one to see how much the size difference is.
