Just seen this on KS. Options to print your own or have them printed. Not sure I need a B29, but the smaller planes are useful and the V1 and V2 would make good objectives. link |

Alackaday, the planes I really want in 1/56 to have on the table aren't the combat planes: the Westland Lysander and Fieseler Storch would both be great for scenario use. *** edit: I just tossed a Loonie in the KS pot so I could add a comment with that request! |

Indeed as would Ju52's, Dakota, Auster OP's etc. Although if you want to do some SAS raids on a German airfield some regular German and Italian warplanes would be handy. |

A Lancaster would be cool for some close air support! |

B-29 is just nuts! +1 MiniMo for spotter/spec ops planes. |

For those looking for transports (and not fighters), 3D Print Terrain had a recent campaign and for E40 you got a ton of stuff, including a Ju52, C47, Waco Glider, and Horsa Glider. The whole campaign set of files, including those four, can be had for E65 here: link Even if you didn't want the houses and other buildings, and even if you didn't want the harbour patrol boots, or the waterline Type VII sub, or the bunkers, etc, that would make each aircraft about E16 each. The come scaled at 20mm, so you can increase them as needed (for those who want one in 1/56). I am much more likely to want one of these to put on the table, than I ever will be to have a fighter plane. |
