Does anyone know what the unit names of German carrier squadrons were intended to be? Eg were they going to be KG200 or whatever? Also, was there more than Bordfliegergruppe? I am aware of BfG196 but we're there others? Also, was the 196 a reference to the Arado 196 it operated or is that a coincidence? |
