Check out the helmets on these Earth Republic (E-REP) troops, on the cancelled tv series Defiance which is available to view on Amazon Prime. Is that the same blue as the one on UN blue helmets? At least it seems close enough for me to make me wonder if it's the same shade or not. :) Dan

Does anyone make acrylic paint in the UN Peacekeeper helmet hue of blue? Or is there a formula to get that specific shade and hue of blue? Thanks Dan

Try Vallejo Model Color 841 Andrea Blue for UN blue, possibly mixed with VMC 907 Pale Gray. The helmets look rather faded and weathered from UN Blue, though. |

I guess that sun fading really does a number on them. Looks like I've only seen the newer, bluer ones before. |
