Comet, the ota sci-fi channel, is running the old Flash Gordon serials on Saturdays. Always liked these as a kid and since I am entering my third or fourth childhood, I need to find some figures and, most importantly, the spaceships in 15mm. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Also, what would be an appropriate set of rules for these?

TIA,
Dave

Savage Worlds has the rights for the rpg/skirmish game. The books are pretty good.

Comet? On Saturdays?

I'll have to check it out. Thanks!

They re-run all types of Sci-Fi programs and play many old Sci-Fi and Horror type films.

Opps! Flash runs on Sunday not Saturday. One day I'll figure out how to read a calendar.

@ Dyehard – Those really look good. Thanks for the information.

Now we just need a Flash Gordon style rocker.

The two clear items for the ships are rather expensive:

and

Each at $80 USD plus.

Here is a old TMP item pointing to the same:

There are also some resin craft kits by: Herb Deeks Models
These may come up on eBay and such.

And if $80 USD does not scare you there also these:

I would think scratch-building or kit bashing up a model is also very good way to go.

The Bell X-1 would make a nice start:

I also found this nice blog page showing lots of nice figures:
