"Mass-produced"? The last time any aircraft was mass-produced was WWII by the USA. (OK, and the Brits, Russians, and Germans.) |

Pretty sure Boeing still mass-produces airliners, and the F16 has had over 4500 built. There were less than 2400 F5s built (and another 1200 T-38 trainers built). |
