For what its worth, the best summary of changes between the 1st and 2nd Edition I have seen so far has just come out in Wargames, Soldiers and Strategy #99.

Its in an article written by Peter van Dop on pages 70 – 73.

Well worth the read!

The biggest change is the cost of the book, I think.
