Other than the Wargames Foundry Askari and Zanzabari artillery crews (both packs come with the gun of course) I was trying to find some other Arab/Tribal gun crews (with or without gun is optional) in 28 mm. I am looking at scratch building a couple of Arabic Dhow boats each with at least a single cannon or other gun and would like suitable figures to represent the crews. While I love the WF figures, buying multiple packs is cost prohibitive so I am looking for what else might work. |

Kallman, there's a similar thread on another forum. I've used those Old Glory Sons of the Desert figs and OG and Perry plastic Ansar spear or sword armed troops and converted them to gunners.
